Rated 5 out of 5 by from best value in tax prep and processing TT has the best value for all the service you get, fully automated as you use it each year, less redundant blank filling. Only issue is sometimes TT fails to fill in lines on forms or it seems that way because I have to fill in on the error check.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from used for small business usually pretty good - but had a big problem a number of years with a form that TT said I didnt need - when in fact my state REQUIRED it. TT refunded several years of costs paid to process tax forms/filing, but it was an absolute nightmare to figure evrything out. Regardless of the the fact that I purchased Audit Protection, they hardly helped at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy The software is easy to use. I had issues with rounding rules on my Adjusted Gross Income. I rounded up based on the rule of over 5 round up or under 5 round down but in this case it was apparently rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't get what I paid for. I purchased this thinking I could file my 2 S Corporations with Federal AND State. Instead, I could only file 1 state. Your online help is useless. I've seen where many people asked about filing more than 1 state return and the answer is always the same. You say 5 Federal returns can be filed and then ignore the question about the 5 state returns that we also need to file. What is the deal with this?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I guess it's better than the paper form... TurboTax Business. I am a small business owner. This means that I'm typically occupied during regular business hours, so only having TT reps available during those hours can lead to huge interruptions and frustrations. TT & QB need 24 hour support. Period. Also, having to spend HOURS trying to get answers to my questions by sorting through conflicting information in TT forums because the software doesn't ask me about a common tax situation only adds to the frustration. Intuit, You need to employee qualified 24 hour personnel AND immediately respond to issues in the programing as soon as they arise, even if it is just an acknowledgement that you're aware of the error. Finally, to the employees who respond to the forum questions: Please take the time to reread the initial question a few times, just to make sure you did, in fact, answer it and/or all parts of it. I buy TT because it's affordable and because I don't want to become an accountant. This year, it was a big fail. I will probably just budget for a CPA next year.
