Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really pitiful i filed my taxes with turbo tax 6 weeks ago only to find out today that they didn't go ahead and e file it. Now i find out 6 weeks later i still need to file,. not pleased with this. we have been using turbo tax for years and now i don't know if i will use them again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I used to like Turbo Tax I was expecting to get the free edition of turbo tax. I have an HSA account so I had to file deluxe. Instead of charging the 59 on the website (We don't have state), I got charged the 119. I did not use any extra services. I asked why I was being charged more and she said it was the standard price. When I said it was not the price on the website she said I could file for a refund. Fill out more forms, etc, etc and wait to see if it is approved. I hadn't even gone through with the transaction. Customer service was no help and I still am frustrated and may not go with turbo tax next year. If you have an HSA be prepared to spend 119 for the deluxe. If you have state tax it will be more.

What I have learned is that once I collect the information that I had to provide to my accountant, all I have to do is enter it in Turbo Tax (instead of entering it into her form) and my taxes are ready. In addition, using Turbo Tax I feel like I better understand the full tax filing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems with comprehnding instructions I spent a great deal of time try ing to get information and instructions on foreign tax credit. Your instructions were not clear. And information on the Recovery Rebate Credit absolutely bad.
