Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1099-B upload does not work After numerous failed attempts to transmit my final e-file over multiple days, multiple browsers, cookie clearing, router resetting, I stumbled on a forum of people who had the same issue because of the 1099-B upload. Even though I chose to enter the information manually, the IRS still needs a copy and the “Premier” TurboTax option is supposed to facilitate that. But as soon as I removed the upload and said I would mail it separately, the e-file transmission magically went through. Clearly there is a bug in TurboTax. I was up charged $30 for the Premier version to file one 1099-B and it doesn’t even work. I’ve used TurboTax for years, but the fact that others are reporting this issue on forums and Intuit has not bothered to fix the bug is very disappointing.
