A wonderfully helpful and friendly voice on the other end relaxed my disposition in finishing my taxes!! My navigating of the computer is close to nil so to have someone help navigate me in doing my taxes was a HUGE relief!! THANK YOU!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible State should not be an extra fee. There are bugs which should not exist. When everything is entered there should be no hang-ups before being able to file. No explanation of state forms especially apportionment.
