Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is amazing! Every year I use Turbo Tax to file my taxes which makes it so easy! I talked to an expert today and miss Pat was very friendly and helpful when helping me go over the part of my return I was struggling with! There was also a very helpful lady miss Jillian that helped me get to the Tax advisor export line as well! I will never use anything else to file my taxes Thank you Turbo Tax!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Glitch I like Turbo Tax and have used it for years but I had difficulty on my Maryland State return this year. For whatever reason I could not take the $15,000 subtraction from income on the MD 502SU and MD 502 forms. I worked with both Edore and Brad who were very helpful but even after erasing and re-entering the 1099R info on my Federal return I and then trying to transfer to the state return I was also unsuccessful.

If you select a version of turbotax you can't downgrade without having to start all over, even if you didn't utilize any forms that a higher version would have included, like Self employment. 2. Can't remove Add-On's that were wrongly selected, like Live Help, even if you didn't use it at all. Have to start all over. 3. If you are forced to start all over there's no way to at least print out an overview of all values that were added to the original return for reference. 4. With new pricing it's just as expensive as having a tax pro do it for you.
