Rated 4 out of 5 by from can be awkward There is a loop that I get into every year when I go to my state return. I can't explain it but it happens. A roundabout I can't get out. TurboTax dialog windows even still treat me like I haven't e Filed my Federal, even though I did and was congratulated for such. Since I do my state days after filing my fed, I don't know if it is that which confuses the software. Still the software does the calcs and questions I would not be able to work through alone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely terrible Total waste of my time. I wish I had filed directly with the IRS using their own forms. The system is not intuitive and causes errors. I don't understand how people without a background in tax navigate this system. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
