We really appreciate your expertise and user-friendly attributes. 2020 was an exciting year but tough year, and we feel like getting the 2020 taxes filed helped close the chapter on 2020, and love the feeling that we did it right and got the best return possible.

As with past years I was happy with how TurboTax lead me through the tax process, except when I had a question about missing forms needed to file Estimated quarterly ax payments. I received Jan. 2022, but did not received the other 3 payment notices in my printout. This is one of the most important documents for my return and I can't seem to find it and I have not received any help from TurboTax.
