Rated 1 out of 5 by from Confusing and Extortionate Started off fine but the mobile navigation is unintuitive and slow, and by the time I got to the end of it all I’m over an hour in and they’re charging me more than half of my return to file. EXTREMELY disappointed and will NEVER be using this service again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so awesome I did not like that I had no choice but to buy a service for $200 to "help" me with my deductions on my independent contracting jobs. I completely did not need assistance here and gladly would have opted out of paying that extra fee. I'm a single parent living on an extremely tight budget and this was an unexpected extra payment with my taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Taxes made simple All the right questions are asked and the options to find information are very helpful. The only downside is the way some of the documents are downloaded. Even after downloading the documents, i had to go over and fill in some missing information.
