Rated 5 out of 5 by from Full Service Deluxe was very easy and helpful We decided to use this because time was short and we had a couple of new tax issues we wanted to make sure got handled correctly. The intake process was simple and fast, and then we were able to quickly begin working with an expert right away. Our assigned expert was very helpful and quick to respond. Considering the price, I would consider using this service again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a good deal for anything beyond w-2 I helped care for a friend's dying aunt last year and was paid for it. But in order to add that one line of information to my tax return, I had to pay $59 for the federal and $49 for the state (plus tax!). And they don't tell you that they're charging for the state filing until you've already finished the federal. At least I have learned my lesson and will file early next year so I have time to research a more affordable filing option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They said it could handle crypto...not so much I got to the point where I needed to report my crypto stuff, and there was just no option to do so....even though the ads said it could handle all that. THAT IS THE WHOLE REASON I BOUGHT TURBO TAX PREMIER.!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Avesome! I had a great expecience this year with TurboTax. I called Agents for help, and I have received reply immediatelly. Two agents worked with me helping me to prepare my Taxes. Both are highly educated professionally and ethically, they led me through the "unknown" questions followed the correct answers. I recommend TurboTax to everybody. Beleive me, you would never regret!!!
