I thought that I was organized, but learned that there was more that I needed. I appreciated the guidance that I received from the support team and the automatic filling of much of the necessary forms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helping me with IRS Rejected Return Problem with rejection augmented by my error on my login [cap keys on!]. TurboTax on line helped me through the password change to new account to access to my rejected returns. Have changed some minor things related to prior years data for confirmation. It's looking like it's all resolved XX.
