Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - 3rd year - Still happy This year I didn't need too much telephone help, even though I had to report an unusual investment sale. It linked me to a program to import the need info AT NO EXTRA COST! As always, anytime I did need help, I got the very quick response. The only thing that wasn't great is that when I logged on, it automatically brought me to the product I used last year, which was more expensive. I should have checked, but it said "don't pay until your done", so I thought I could choose the product at the end. There are certain circumstances where you could change, but I had to start over, but it didn't take very long at all. So glad a friend & my daughter recommended Turbo Tax. The last CPA I used would send a "packet" to make me do most of the work, but charged me $450!! He also forgot to report my pension contributions & I didn't find out until AFTER he filed my next year's return, so that was wrong too! I owed money & was charged penalties for the prior year. The guy before that forgot to add income AND taxes I pre-paid in relation to that income ( & I paid him to do those numbers for me too! Also forgot I sold a home & bought a home. Had the wrong address on my return! He also charged a lot of money. No mistakes like that with Turbo

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome and I'm very pleased each year For the 8th year in a row, TurboTax is amazing. they walk you thru each step and I love the ability to talk with a live agent. Also at completion, I love that an agent reviews my completed form.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Honestly, made things much less of a hassle I was extremely intimidated worried about doing my taxes on my own for the first time. I did have some help from my family, but I managed to file all of this without any issue, and it was extremely helpful, taking me step by step through it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TT falls short For the last 3 years I have had a problem inputting Foreign pension information. I have tried various work a rounds and some have helped in the past. this year everything I try has been rejected. Please work out a solution.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish this software were Cloud based My experience was at best difficult, as I have to install bootcamp and then window to run TurboTax for Business. It was a real hassle. Please, please get TurboTax for Business into a Cloud based system as your personal taxes already are! This 1990s style software gets more tiring every year.
