Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea but fail on dilivery I accidentally signed up for the "live help" version this year and decided instead of starting anew I'd give it a try. Unfortunately "live help" is only available during very limited "normal" business hours which is less then ideal. I also had more issues with the automated search than I have had in the past. So I love Turbotax but I'm not thrilled with the price of a generally useless tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy, worth every penny I had my documents ready and my taxes took about an hour from start to finish, even after itemizing my deductions and despite a slightly complicated tax situation (an HSA, a birth, COVID, a second job, investments, etc.). So easy! Definitely worth the money.
