I have used turbo tax for the past 10 years and never had issues with the CD. this year a tried the download and I was not able to activate the product. It was giving me error code 630 which means that it could not connect to intuit modem. customer service was awsome in trying to get my issue resolved and eventually they gave me a refund and a discount for the online service. But the online service cost me $300 instead of $60.
