I find it very easy to use, and when I have run into issues because of non-standard stuff (like backdoor Roths), it was easy to talk to an expert. I like the option for to add Maxprotect to have Turbotax represent me in the event of a random audit. What peace of mind! I feel certain that I would have been charged way more by private accountant than I paid-- and the "work" of data entry was really not that daunting whatsoever, even with multiple investment accounts to enter
