Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good User Interface but buggy at times and costly The User Interface works well in most instances, but at times it is still not clear how I should answer the question. It also is buggy (e.g. the software had both My Name and Company name checked off for my business; I had to finish that question then go back to check only one). Of course the price is high versus competition, and the separate fee for the Business Return is very high even if I have a simple K1.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Huge filing price increase Victoria was very helpful and managed to give me a modest price reduction after I complained about an exorbitant increase to file from last year. I am a dedicated longtime user who has encouraged friends to use TT. For that I get hit with $50 increase on federal and $20 increase for state! Ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Headache Free Taxes This is my fifth year using TurboTax. So far every tax year has been fairly uneventful. And I am very thankful. Taxes are not fun, the stress worrying if I did it correctly can keep me up at night. I pay for the premium service for the peace of mind knowing I have the support should I be audited or questioned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from bEST WAY TO FILE TAXES Once I have all my documents organized, and in years where taxes and income are pretty routine, Turbo Tax is a breeze. I used to use an accountant but taxes are simpler, and this saves me hours.
