Rated 3 out of 5 by from Coupon Codes that Don't Work I appreciate Turbo Tax and how smooth it is. However, they are a little crafty in getting me to continue with their site. I was sent coupon codes for 25% off which then told me I was ineligible after finishing my taxes. Kind of lame on their part their! They know based on my account how I file each year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2022 Taxes You forgot all of my charities form the previous year and had to reenter them. Getting the program to accept 2 1099B forms was VERY AWKWARD. I'm not sure you got both of them. Lots of sales pressure to upgrade. GIVE IT A REST!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not Crypto Friendly Everything worked flawlessly until the end of personal income where you are asked if you bought, sold, or exchanged crypto. I input yes and the software just moved on without allowing me to input crypto income.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from still confusing using turbo tax makes a really confusing thing, taxes, only mildly confusing. why is it that I click one box and now I am getting back $700? why do I need to pay the state for not having health insurance? all of this is insane but turbo tax attempts to relatively explain these phenomena, but its ultimately still very confusing

Rated 1 out of 5 by from inconsistent information everywhere IRS allows filing online for past year federal tax amendments from 2019, so update your software as advised by your associates. I went from amending it online to download ing the software and kept having the same problem with the signature date not falling within the filing year or some other error. I was given options to e-file when you don't offer the service and create a ton of errors as credit card not processing or signature date. Your download form tells me I can still e-file if I want to. Update the copy of your software to reflect the purpose (amendment) of the filing procedure. Why collect information if you are not designing for it. Terrible UX. Additionally train your service associates properly. I spent 2 hours last week and 4 hours today on the phone with incompetent associates who each took 30 mins to answer one question, and still kept going back and forth on their response, giving me false confidence when wrong only to be contradicted by the next associate. Train them! Additionally everyone of them wanted to mirror my computer when I told them at least twice that I am using the desktop download. Geez. Common! That's 5 associates who did that.
