Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2022 Turbo Tax Process is BEST EVER I've used TurboTax for decades and each year there's been some little *something* that has left me puzzled. Not this year; it was flawless! Everything went perfectly including downloading large number of trading transaction, included in the basic price. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can't Connect Quickbooks Online with Turbo Tax I find it extremely annoyting that I can't easily import my financials from quickbooks online. Whats the point. I have to now look for alternative - very annoyed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax just got too expensive Sure, using TurboTax is easy but now that taxes are so easy to file with a higher standard deduction AND the TurboTax prices went up, I will need to rethink using TurboTax moving forward. It's not worth the value anymore now that taxes are easier. Seriously, $190 including $59 to file a state return?!?! Ridiculous. And to leave a review, they want me to agree to them selling my email address for marketing purposes. Horrible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better Than Last Year Last year was absolutely horrendous, but after speaking with a customer service agent I decided to give it another shot this year. The best thing was being able to file for free without struggling to jump through 8 million loopholes to find out if the option even existed anymore and product placement for upgrades to plus, or god-forbid when they redirected me to CreditKarma despite not selecting a single thing that would indicate I wanted that. While I appreciate the ease with which I was able to file, I pressed the "?" for one single field and the FAQ box became a permanent fixture at the sidebar, which made it difficult to view everything on the screen. There was also the checkbox's that showed checked no matter what I did. I'm hoping it didn't cause me to make a mistake because my W2 should have imported as just "Retirement Plan" and nothing else, but it showed all checked and wouldn't let me specify, uncheck, recheck, etc as it just showed as checked no matter what. This happened on multiple other areas, but luckily that didn't concern me as much. Again, hope that misstep in Turbotax's features this year don't negatively affect me. It also asked for things this year that it didn't last year, and certain one's didn't even give the option the query why. Should have that for everything as, let's be honest, no one here is adept enough to truly understand taxes. The FAQ was open for it anyway, might as well.
