Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2022 TurboTax Home and Business - Download Version Mid-March and had an issue with "Form 8915F-T required message of "Do not file the return until this part of calculation is finalized in the upcoming release"! Upcoming release? I just purchased download version. Would not let me "un-do" this error even though the selections were saying "did not take disaster distributions". Looked at online forum and many having same issues. I wasted HOURS trying to get this corrected. Finally reached an enrolled agent "Peggy", and she was VERY HELPFUL and PATIENT and we eventually got this corrected. Peggy was great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and straight forward! I used the Premium Turbo Tax 2022 and have used Turbo Tax for numerous years now. It guides you through the process, which makes doing your own taxes fairly easy. I plan on doing my daughter's taxes this year with her by my side, so she gets an idea of how easy it can be and to not be afraid of doing it yourself.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wisconsin Schedule U does not work Wisconsin Schedule U does not allow for user to change tax withholding level loaded to in the quarter it was actually paid, hence had to override most of the form. Called Turbo Tax and got no help. Told agent to escalate this and I have no confidence that she will or has done that. She sent me step by step instructions for Federal withholding with has NOTHING to do with this issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax. After turbo tax told me my filing was complete. A week later i get an email telling me i was 93% complete inquiring about payment. They try so hard an ask a million questions trying to get you to pay for the multiple types of service, but if you sift through the options there is always a free option. As there should be. Month went by, an everyone has gotten their returns except me. Turns out turbo tax lied to me about my return being complete. And MADE me pay 142 dollars. An now i have to wait another month.

Had to consult live help 3 times, and they were invaluable (eg, how to get a Hawaii tax number, tracking down additional taxes). I suppose more prompts in the program might have avoided those phone calls, but it was great to get instant feedback.
