Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues this year. This year had trouble. When starting state return, it would not carry the general info from the federal return. I ended up entering it manually. Then things seemed fine all the way through checking. When checking was done, and started FILE, it identified a bunch of fields on the state returns that it could not accept. First is was the general info that I entered manually. I had to delete all that. It had also not finished filling out one of the CT worksheets that dealt with the fact that I was in SC for the beginning of the year, but moved to CT in March. I needed to divide some data between CT and SC. This ended up changing the taxes that showed a CT refund of $900 when the forms were originally checked before filing to owing $1700 after filing corrections were made. I don't understand how checking didn't pick up on the problem. Very annoying.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden fee at end Was happy already paying $59 for the deluxe version but to find an additional $39 fee AT THE END of the filing process was really nice. Might be worth it to disclose that information at the beginning of the filing process.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn't give the free option, not transparent Didn't offer me the free version to file, on top of that I had to pay $119 to file. After putting in my card info and then shows my receipt and has charged me tax without letting me know that was gonna be part of my total.
