Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good for the Basics, Otherwise Cludgy The process for squaring away a 179 deduction is needlessly complicated. All calucations should refer directly to the required forms for immediate correction and therefore not be part of the final review process in which I couldn't tell which item was which. Also the maximum amount deducted shouldn't be subject to resubmittal in the final review process.

Their live experts had a quick call back time and were incredibly helpful, all while being patient and kind.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last time using turbotax Submitted online multiple times always received, federal not accepted, the fix suggested by turbotax was not helpful. My joint return has only one AGI, but the federal stated my wife's AGI was incorrect. I needed a better resolution for the problem, since your solution was to check if my 2021 AGI was accurate, even if the problem was with the federal acceptance procedure. I wasted $25 dollars submitting my state form online, since I now have to use the mail in option for both federal and state.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax was easy The only thing I didn't like was that I was charged a $59 fee for a simple refund and I thought it would be free. Once I got to the point of the processing fee ($39) I couldn't go back and see why I was being charged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saves a lot of headache I filed with TurboTax today. It took me about 1.5 hours. I had my documents and other information prepared ahead of time. Now I'm done, and I can forget about taxes for another year. I did speak with a live agent when I couldn't find where to file some information - he was a big help - thank you.
