Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Experience Turbo Tax allowed me to really understand taxes. I have always been afraid of tax season and was willing to pay to let someone else take the responsibility. Needless to say, I will use Turbo Tax in the future

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best money spent I was frustrated when I did my taxes and found out, I have to pay more than 3k. Somehow I made some error and I cannot file it right away, i got connected with Ruby. she was amazing. Fast, thorough, her attention to detail is excellent and she just wonderful "like an angel" . Getting turbo tax max is one of the best decision I made and I'm just soo happy right now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful My returns got rejected because I was missing and IP pen. I had no idea how to get one and I had just moved so the letter that the IRS sent I did not receive. They help me figure out how to get it online so I could resubmit my taxes.
