Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Fees killed my return I'm not sure how I can make 50k, claim 0 and get back the pitiful return that I did. Not to mention I had to pay $200 in fees just to file with turbo tax. $120 to file for 2 states is absurd. I will no longer be using turbo tax after this year. I can literally file anywhere else for cheaper. I used to love using TT but you guys are killing me with these ridiculous fees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience! I have been using TurboTax for a few years now, every time I have had a question, it has been answered professionally and quickly. My one suggestion is to put the chat box in a different corner where it is less in the way of the continue button.
