Rated 1 out of 5 by from Going down hill, year after year. 1. TurboTax is not compatible with QuickBooks online - Seems like a huge glaring oversight. Shows how bad intuit is getting its software is not even compatible with each other. 2. TurboTax is no longer with Windows8 versions that are still in very common use. 3. TurboTax is extremally slow moving. 4. TurboTax continues to try to update even after taxes are filed. Locking up the program for long periods of time for no reason. making it hard to look at tax forms already filed.

The software randomly decides certain fields have not been properly filled and during the final filing stages starts talking about data issues. Keeps prompting error messages for specific fields but does not elaborate what exactly is causing the issue and which correction steps to perform.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax made it easy. Overall it was a good experience. It let me pick up where I left off. The one confusing issue was that it kept asking for a Cusip number for bonds and I didn't have any. The field was pre-field with "0" which made it invalid. I finally blanked it out and got through it. The instructions should be more specific like "if you don't have one, replace the zero with a blank (" ").
