Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Easy! The 2023 Turbo Tax user interface is so easy to navigate! I completed my taxes in about 1 hour and had no trouble inputting data. One feature I love is the "search" option. I type the name of the form I have a question about and Turbo Tax gives me a link to jump to that section of the process. Then it reroutes me back to my latest entry so that I don't have to keep track of where I left off. So easy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glitches Galore I used to adore Turbo Tax, but now? Every year it's something very frustrating and time consuming to solve. This year I encountered a requirement to enter passwords that did not exist, lock ups that were inexplicable, especially the lock up at printing the return. Thank God for the internet of people equally frustrated, sharing their resolutions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from too many fees Seems like Turbo Tax is getting more and more expensive. Not as good as a small time accountant but just as expensive. I guess we should look down other avenues in the future.
