Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reivew My online tax filing through turbotax has always been easy to use except this year. When I attempted to add binance.us it would not go through. I followed the directions given in the screen but every time I tried to connect turbotax and binance it would not work. Due to this, I had to manually add in each crypto transaction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Awesome I first delt with a staff that was not knowledgeable of what to do or solve the problem I had with my Federal tax. She tried, but she could not solve the problem. Then she transferred me to someone else-Naia. The was very knowledgeable of the program (Turbo) and she helped to solve all the problems. She helped me get back my stimulus check as well. She reviewed both Fed & St taxes. We got disconnected on the phone, then she called me back. She was professional, friendly, patient, & caring. I appreciate Turbo and their staff. This was my first time to deal with Turbo, from now on I will do my tax but with you Turbo. Thanks for everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX TAKES OUT THE GUESS WORK! AMAZING!!! I worked with Phatcharintr. She was fabulous!. She helped me with my duo state taxes AND my federal. She alluded to possible tax pitfalls in the future with my situation. additionally, she made sure I fully understood why I had gotten what I did. As well, she went over every detail that I had not even considered. I appreciated how Turbo Tax put me with Phatcharintr AND how Turbo Tax worked together with simple ease. And still made me feel more than comfortable.
