Rated 2 out of 5 by from Just Filed The filing was pretty straightforward and simple. Some parts were a little confusing, and i do not like how every little thing is an extra fee. W2 filing is free but i have to pay and upgrade to file a 1099, and i could not even get any help filing out the information unless if i paid EVEN more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tougher to get Turbo Tax up and running this year I tried to use a cd this year and it kept coming up with an error that stopped the loading process. I finally gave up and used on line download. It finally worked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Continuing to use TurboTax Have used and will continue to use TurboTax ... once I've gathered my tax documents, along with the history TurboTax keeps for me, the process is straight forward ... am satisfied with their software and find no need to look elsewhere to complete this annual process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Top Notch I began using TurboTax after going to tax preparers who arrived at the same amount that I did. That was over 30 years ago. I have tried other online tax preparers, but for me, TurboTax is the best fit. It is extremely user friendly, reasonably priced, and gives lots of help along the way. I recommended it to many of my friends and family and now they use it also.

This service use to be much cheaper why is it that i am paying close to $200 for basic tax services and I am doing the work myself. I am switching to a tax service with some personal touch next year. So I give your site a 1 star. Not to mention I need a "NIckname just to submit my rating. Get real.
