I have a complex situation involving many life changes and found the updated Turbo Tax Federal process this year to be the best yet. The ease of use, thoroughness of explanations/clarifications for each step and prompt help via phone call from the specialists with questions that were specific to my situation were outstanding!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Slave to Turbotax I don't like the way Turbotax hides the actual tax forms and just asks general questions because there is all sorts of room for error and misunderstanding. I keep using them only because i have been using them since 2005, and since then there appear to have been numerous glitches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR To be 100% honest , turbo tax is the only reason I file taxes so quickly. every year it's so easy to just open up my laptop & file within one day. I always try to file as soon as I have all my documents & turbo tax makes it that much easier. The BEST tax assistant, never filing any other way. I have filed with turbo tax every year since the age of 18, I am now 27.
