Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wouldn't be able to do it without TurboTax! My personal tax has gotten way more complicated than I am used to due to changes in my financial conditions. TurboTax makes an otherwise overwhelming job manageable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from STOP trying to sneak in upgrades Fine, it used to be better. Nowadays, they are constantly holding up your progress (i.e. every 4 or 5 steps) to try and upsell you on products that no one needs. It also used to be less expensive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the Best Experience I had 2 Different W 2's one for Long Term Disability and one for Short Term Disability. I should have been able to E file but it kept saying it was the same W 2 and made me print and mail. Also said I could E file state and federal but wouldn't allow me to in the end.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable Three months after the tax return deadline I received an email from Intuit telling me that they were very sorry but that my returns were never filed. Although I followed the digital directions and prompts at the time, somehow the returns were not finalized and sent. Although intuit promises an up to $50 reimbursement for late fees, this is hardly an amends for the betrayal of a financial fiduciary trust. Lesson learned: I will be using an in person tax prep company next year. Sometimes the old ways are the best ways.
