Rated 2 out of 5 by Tax Totaled from Not great for special forms I had a terrible time trying to complete my K-1 form. TurboTax would not accept the information properly. I ended up calling the prep CPA who told me to leave the info off (it would have been to my benefit only, so not taxes not paid). I could have completed in 2 hours, but with this issue, I was nearly 8 hours trying to resolve!

I was so devastated when all the work i did for 2020 and then got busy and it then became daunting. Deleted file compounded on business and then procrastination.

If you have a simple tax return, you can file for free yourself with TurboTax Free Edition, or you can file with TurboTax Live Assisted Basic or TurboTax Live Full Service Basic at the listed price.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
