Rated 2 out of 5 by from hidden fees You charged me a fee for paying using my federal tax return money and this fee doesn't show up until the very end of the filing process. This apparently is a very common complaint. Next year I'll do them myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not happy I received a 1041 K-1 form and nothing prompted me to address it. When I pulled up the forms per directions I found at IRS - not found in your help - I had to explicitly override to enter the required long term capital gains information. However, when I went to file electronically, as was my desire, and after paying fees for audit defense and state e-file, the program went into a loop over the overrides with no explanation why and did not allow me to efile. Now I have to make an unplanned late trip to ost office or fudge the return and file an amendment later so I can efile. On top of that you have a state bug in your nickname uniqueness check for reviews that is forcing me to redo the review - just dropped to 1 star.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too expensive I cannot believe you charge a $39 processing fee, $60 for EACH state refund AND $60 just to use the system. A processing fee should be illegal. Federal should be free. And how dare you ask me to contribute to presidential campaigns. Nothing about this is accessible for people in need. You also make it impossible to find W2s outside of huge corporations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Easy and It save $ to use I used to spend $400 for CPA to do my stock investment and income w2 ONLY .... Now do it yourself help me to learn a lot and save me a bunch. Less than 2 hours its all done. Just Saved $200 for 2022 tax filing : }

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Most difficult of many years of use This was the most difficult experience I've had with TurboTax. I've used it many times in the past. The only positive thing I have to say is dealing with people who helped me greatly but it was all an effort.
