Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy but expensive I feel the prices simply keep going up and up. For a simple return over $200 seems quite expensive. There are no coupons we get or incentives to stay with Turbo Tax from year to year. Next year we might as well shop around for something cheaper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes it easier I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 yrs. For the last 5 years we have encountered a new financial situation each year. They have made it possible for me to do my taxes each of those years with little frustration. They even helped when the IRS misinterpreted one of my entries and sent me a higher refund than what I was expecting.(no, you don't get to keep it)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is ok I am an enrolled agent (>40 years) and former user of your ProSeries professional so i find turbo tax to be quite cumbersome. i get it - it's designed for folks who have little or no experience - but i do expect the tax rules that have not changed from the previous year to be installed in the first roll-out of the next year's version.. i do QCD distributions from my IRA and had to wait until 3/10 to file my return - UGH - shoulda been installed in first version.
