Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't use anything else... We have always used TurboTax until last year we used one of the ones on the IRS website. Don't do it! We are still waiting for our 2021 refund. TurboTax will have the 2022 one here in 2 weeks or less.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One star removed for pricing I’ve been using TurboTax for 6 years and it was definitely a nice 5 star service while it was free. I’d consider my returns to still be fairly simple but if there’s anything that requires even a little extra looking into, it’s no longer free and this time I had no choice but to pay $59 for the deluxe package. Still, it’s a nice service that really breaks everything down for you along the way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Price has increased A LOT Paying $300 for federal return only, including audit defense. This has climbed 50% in a very short time and the product is by no means 50% better. All of the added 'benefits' are for the most part a data grab, disguised as a benefit going along with the very high price. Having to decline and skip past those from a vendor I am trusting with my financial data? Gross! Turbotax feels very skeevy. Going to be looking elsewhere next year.

I entered some information and it would let me go back and edit and remove it when an incorrect installment sale was entered. It was very confusing on that end. I just had to take my return to an accountant. Frustrating after I already spend for the turbo tax program
