This year, I had the most complicated taxes I've ever had, and I was able to complete them in less than 4 hours with only a couple of mistakes (which were found by the program). I love Turbo Tax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Selections Don't Work & Poor Customer Support I called in to customer support to fix an issue that was causing my return to be rejected and the rep was completely incompetent even after sharing my screen with her and explaining to her the issue over and over. She was no help and my issue has still not been resolved. I asked for a refund for using this site and she sent me an email stating that my problem was resolved. I have to call in again and tell them that it was not resolved and get help to fix it. I normally use Taxslayer which is much simpler to use and provide better customer service.

Just answer the basic questions and it will take you to where you want to go. Have a question about the question? The explanations are simple and short-winded enough to actually comprehend. This was the first year that my daughter completed her own taxes without my help, all because Turbo Tax takes the worry out of doing taxes.
