Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good product This product is very good for begineers to the tax system. For myself ill have to purchase the Intuit larger packet. The instructions and directions in Turbo Tax are easly understandable and helpful hints are available in the dropt down screen. For the aggresive tax preparer, tax forms are available in the program. Excelent customer service. {Hey guys the word is sign not sing}

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too expensive Filing the taxes was not too hard. I did have trouble with the tax Assistant that was never able to answer my question on 1099R. This process has gotten completely out of hand in cost. Whatused to be $39 or so is now near $200.. I tried to change the purchase amount and was unable to do it. Just bit the bullet and filed. This will be the last year I use TT.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good guidance, but stubborn I've been using TurboTax as long as I can remember. Last year I tried the online version but didn't feel confident, so I bought a despot version and filled that way. The two don't talk to each other so I started from scratch then. This year the online version thinks I didn't finish last year and there were artifacts transferred in that were challenging to find and remove. Closed out my mom's estate in 2021 but it was in the background forms here but only visible when the state return requested more info and when I did the final review of the pdf. I loved taking pictures of documents on my phone to upload them but it wasn't until time to e-file that I saw recipient addresses filled in with the payer's information. In the desktop version I could have zoomed to the form and corrected. I searched help and easily got the answer to delete it and key it myself. I'll still use it next year. Hopefully it will improve.
