Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is self-guided The interface is easy to read and follow. Most of the "more info" is helpful. I think that the final payment steps are confusing. The app is set up to up-sell if you want to deduct the TurboTax bill amount from the return. My return is straightforward and I did not want to pay for the additional services to do this. Once I understood there is an additional charge, I had trouble un-doing my selection.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works fine, but fees are not very clear It works fine when filing taxes but they keep asking if you want to upgrade for fees and i could not find just the free option because I used the deluxe last year. Somehow I got 98 dollars in fees when I only clicked on the deluxe that was 59 dollars.
