Rated 5 out of 5 by from Download Good Experience but the initial directions to download the software autmatically took me to my account, which did not have an option to download the software and put in my license code (bought CD at Target). So that was frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long time user Once again, Turbo Tax has come out with a simple to use and intuitive product. We've been using Intuit's Turbo Tax since 1998. My wife talked me into taking my taxes into HR Block once and the only difference was that I had to pay them to use a program that looked awful similar to Turbo Tax. Never again. Keep up the good work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrifying!!!! I have been using TurboTax just about since it has been out. This year it did not prompt me for all of the things that needed to be included. Then after I finally got everything in because of multiple transmission, failures and errors, I had to fetch numbers to get it to go through where zeros were needed. I won’t be using this next year! There is no help or support from the software, I could’ve paid the same price to have a live person help me. What a waste of $200.
