Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax for Free TurboTax on-line was amazingly simple to use and the verification steps gave me great confidence that all of my entries were being done correctly. E-Filing and doublechecking all of the information that I had entered was painless and gave me peace of mind to know that the transaction was proper and complete.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Man this has gotten Expensive, time to change You just charged me $200 todo my taxes. Something I could be doing for free. Years ago you would charge me like $75, now its $200. I have 365 days to make sure I dont have to use your services next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved 2021 not so much for 2022 return I purchased turbo tax premier at Costco for filing my 2022 taxes. However, I found it nearly impossible to enter the license code on the turbo tax website and reference my prior account. So, I created a new account and re-purchased the software. Needless to say I am not pleased. Taxes are filed and this is the 1st year of electronic filing with turbo tax. I still prefer the download method of the software.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed results I needed support with accounting for excess HSA contributions. This required a session with 1 tier One support agent then 1 Tier 2 then 1 Tier 1 again. Tier 2 was not helpful and gave wrong information. Last Tier 1 knew how to help me an correct my input on one of the forms.
