Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! Turbo Tax is a great tool to help prepare your taxes yourself. I love the step by step features and if you have any questions you can always use the chat feature to be able to chat with someone for further assistance. There is also helpful information along the way as the guide you through the process. With Turbo Tax I feel confident that I'm getting my taxes done correctly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too much trying to upsale We have used Turbo tax for years and for the most part have been happy with the experience. However, I have noticed an dramatic increase in the price over the years as well as the constant pop ups wanting us to purchase a higher level package. The constant aggravating requests to spend more money on top of the ever increasing price is making us look around for other options next year though we have been using Turbotax for over a decade.

I really hope that the management and staff recognize how much trust is implicit with using this service/product, and that they continue to never sell or monetize the information they have on their customers. Because I've been with Turbotax so long, I really trust the guidance, the results, and integrity of this product/service. Thank you Turbotax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rejected I filed and my taxes were rejected with the Reject Code IND-031-04. I checked my AGI on the IRS website and it matches what is input. I asked the question to Turbo Tax and got no response. I resubmitted and got rejected again. I want to try to resubmit with and AGI of $0 but Turbo Tax won't let me change my AGI to refile. I am beyond frustrated!
