Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love Turbotax Turbotax has always been easy to use and helped me get my taxes done most efficiently. I have one minor beef. This year if you have to quit the program midway it is difficult to get back to your half finished document. Turbotax seems to default to starting fresh and asking you to buy the product even though you have signed in. I have repeatedly had to search around as to opening my earlier file. Overall: A superb product.

The only complaint I have is not being able to see the forms before paying for the return. I think that would make it easier to see how your inputs are affecting the return. Other than that, I enjoyed the experience.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was a lot easier than doing it on my own. I do really appreciate TurboTax, it is a helpful tool in order to do taxes. I will say doing it on my own was a little difficult at some points, some of the questions were somewhat vague or didn't give enough explanation about what they were asking, but when I was able to talk to an expert that really helped. Tom was my guardian angel and he helped me fix all the problems that I was having with my taxes and outlining what the vague questions were asking me. So thank you so much Tom!
