Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Tax Prep Software Works well. I have never been audited since I have used it for at least 10 years. I get better returns than the tax prep people that did it for me in the past. At least I know what I am eligible for when I do it myself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax MADE me keep Premium when I didn't want I didn't choose to use Premium.. I have a very simple tax filing process but when I wen tto File it charged me the $120 for premium and thesoftware would not let me get rid of it! AND I dont know why it charges this. But i live 5 miles from a border state and work there.. most employees live in my state and cross the bridge for work.. Turbo taxed charged me $59 X2 to file.. Strictly cuz i work out of state! I've used TurboTax for almost a decade and it's usually solid but this year was an awful experience....

I appreciate when I must input information that I may not be too familiar with, Turbo Tax allows one click to be the answer without taking me to a random link or page. The answer is direct and accessible without killing the flow. First time I've done my taxes alone, so this was very helpful.
