Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was scared to do my taxes by myself It was very easy to follow and I like the I don't know feature where they would explain it to me. I liked how they added the race feature, making it more like a game rather than something boring like taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Used TurboTax Since '95 - Worst Experience Ever I bought a new Macbook Air because TurboTax not longer supports my previous Macbook operation system. When installed and started using TurboTax 2022, I couldn't save my return. Tried Support, no help. Found on a chat group that I had to create a password to unlock my Mac. Was able to manually save files, but autosave gave an error. Finished my return and submission failed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is getting out of hand I have been with you folks for years now and every year this gets more and more expensive. I understand with stocks it adds more complexity but $39 filing fee to take this out of your refund is crazy. This is along with adding stocks which was $119. I am not going to pay $200 next year to file with you which is unfortunate as I have grown to love this layout. You should have discounts for people who have been with you for years. This is making me start looking at who I am going to use next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This was terrible! I have been using Turbo tax for years. This year it was terrible. First off it transported all of last years info whiched caused me time sorting through and deleting old info. Two..it's questions were at times vague and confusing. Your product used to be straight forward but now you have to be a tax expert just to navigate. For the price i could have hired someone and saved the headache!
