Rated 4 out of 5 by from ALMOST FIVE STARS This year's app was as user friendly but thorough, as usual. However, I encountered a bothersome blemish. When it asked me for my state payment for 2021, it did not retrieve it automatically. I had to locate my physical copy of last year's return.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problem with state taxes, TT unhelpful The state taxes were calculated improperly which led to their rejection several times, and when I tried to fix the problem in TurboTax, I was not able to do so. The explanation of the rejection was unclear and there was not recourse to ask for assistance from TT without spending hundreds of $. This will be the last time I file using TT.
