Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a relief I know I shouldn't have waited 'til the last minute but with a change in my taxes this year, I just kept on putting it off. Eventually I ended up on the phone with Tax Expert Larry and he guided me through the process and we got it done. Larry made everything easy to understand and was patient with someone doesn't like working with numbers. Thank you so much.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's hard to keep it free This is an easy product to use to prepare taxes - walking one through all the steps and making sure that I haven't forgotten anything. I've used TurboTax in the past and the user interface was a little easier to work through before; it's ok now, but not as clean. It is a little hard to navigate what I'm paying for - I'm asked to select a level of service provided without seeing ALL the options. At the end of my transaction I stumbled upon all the tiers of service that I had not seen before and are no longer available for me to choose. I feel like I paid for services I did not need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I like how Turbo Tax explains most everything I don't have a very complex return most years. But Turbo Tax is very clear about how to enter everything. It's explanations very rarely may not be EXACTLY what I need at the time, but there hasn't been a time yet when I could not proceed with the filing. I do have some investments and sold a house and filed with no problems 6 years now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from you saved me i went with hrblock online because cointracker offered a discount. huge mistake. i have been working on it with a tax pro for over a week and ended up having to close the account and refund my money because they were horrible. you guys fixed my situation in less than an hour. thank you!
