Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Turbo Tax Agent Rocks! The live Turbo Tax Agent Barbara was very patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The representative assisted me and made my entire process go much smoother than if I were at it alone, there were glitches that I may never have figured out. Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX EASY TO USE PROBLEM WITH STATE CHARGES I have used Turbo Tax for at least the last five to six years. I like the program but it keeps charging me for state returns when I am suppose to get at least one free state return. I will probably use a different program next year to do my taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What Happened? TurboTax has worked great in previous years but would not import any of my tax documents this year even though I verified account and password information. I had to input all of my earnings documents manually. I could have filled out form 1040 and saved $158 dollars. I am very dissatisfied with TurboTax this year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from works but way overcharges what i selected at the beginning made it seem like my fees for using woulc be around $60 and it ended up being almost $200 which was like half my tax return and I am not thrilled about this

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was a good experience Online experience with Tyler _____ of Alabama was very helpful. I suggest making clear mortgage limitation will occur later so we don't think unlimited mortgage deduction has been accepted by error
