Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as easy to navigate as last year. Called three times and was only able to talk to a review specialist once. Other two said they were not tax experts and tried to transfer me but after being on hold for an extended period of time got disconnected.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from They got me on cost. Cost $119 for the premium services + $59 for state filing and another $39 to have the payment taken out of the refund. I could have started over and MADE sure I had clicked free which I thought I had....but, I had already spent 2 hours filling out my taxes, would have saved me time and money to just take it somewhere to have them done...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Y 2022 Return Turo Tax was a benificial help in filing my return, but I was VERY disappointed that I could not transfer any of my previous filing data from my old returns! I have used TT for over 10 years and this was the first time I had to manually enter all my data and institutional information - didnot like the typing lesson!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Got stuck on a glitch page which Kept trying to input a date that the webpage gave no clear explanation of where to find the date, and once I input the date it kept sending me back to enter the same date. It was a frustrating loop.
