Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax walked me thru it TurboTax made it easy and step by step to input all the data and even go back to add more info later. Lots of questions, but I got through it all. I like that it is up to date with the current tax laws and that I can easily eFile my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is okey After I finished my taxes and got to the point of using my credit card to process $25 fee for efiling, the simple task was not possible to complete. The new window was bigger than my monitor, was not possible to adjust and continue button was not visible. I was struggling until I got an extra monitor. If your software doesn't work with Windows 10, let the customer know!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax works, 6 years and running Turbo tax works. One of these years I'm going to pay for it and also for a tax service to do my taxes, and see if it's actually just as good. My taxes are simple, so I suspect it probably is pretty close.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unusually Harder to file this year I have used TurboTax for many years. This year I had difficulties using PayPal as my form of payment for the product. After calling for assistance, they were unable to help and I had to resort to using a credit card. I also had difficulties with the program accepting my job title, eventhough it was a selection offered in the pull down tab for occupations. I had to select another job title closely related. It was mostly a time inconvenience to have to attempt to have the title accepted and then search through for that prompt again to change the title.

We have no dependents, yet it showed up as an issue preventing from e-filing. Had to start a completely new return and the errors found were in the same location even though I didn't fill out anything. A real pain in the neck.
