Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax. The main problem is not numbering the pages of the review. I think my old printer printed 3 copies before I could tackle it and cancel the task.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful During a Stressful Time This is my first time filing taxes with two dependents and without my husband present to help me, and I'll admit I was intimidated by the whole process, all the forms and info needed. TurboTax made it much less stressful. The process was streamlined, the online associates were very helpful and informative (I spoke with Lauri, she was great), and each step was well explained. Any questions I had were usually answered by the "help" sidebar next to each item, but when I had more personalized questions I was able to find answers fast with the chat option. Will definitely use next year!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good but Clunky The program asks the preparer to respond to questions, yet the answers are know from the prior years tax return. For example, I used Turbo tom complete my Federal and state return for the past 20 years, including 2019. Yet, are one point, when using the 2020 program, the TurboTax asked if I received a refund in 2019. The answer is easily found in the file from last year, why didn't Turbo Tax "know" the answer?
