Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 turbo taxes I am still not sure if I entered my 1099-G state refund form correctly. Never did find where it stated refund from state, I entered under Miscellaneous income with explanation why.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tough Year I have used Turbo Tax for years. This year was a nightmare! Bought the CD and was challenged from day one. Things online did not transfer over and after an hour call to Customer Service, things started working. Not sure if there was a glitch during the time I was trying to get things done, but I have spent more time this year by about TRIPLE. Ultimately, though, it all got worked out and filed. Typically Turbo Tax is extremely easy so not sure what happened this year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So many things I had to manually go back in to fix Business version. so many things I had to go in and manually change. 1065 Schedule B, question 2B, turbotax puts this as a NO, without even asking you during the interview section. I have to manually change it to yes every year. IT-204 page 7, section 9, question 116b, Turbotax always selects 100%, even though the correct answer is for me is 0.000%, as I do not have a nexus in NY City (or the MCTD). There was also an issue with IT-204 page 6 question 105, Turbotax put in last years (2021) numbers, omitting this tax year 2022. I had to manually find the place to fix that too. This is supposed to be automated. Turbotax does not ask the questions needed (let alone explain the questions), to enter in the correct data. This is annoying, that I have to become a tax expert for once a year, to accomplish nothing, a bureaucratic job self-creating nonsense time waste.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax has some bugs this year Turbotax had more bugs and issues than I ever remember. Very discouraging, especially given how expensive it now is! I had to contact support to get past 2 bugs. The process of getting to a rep was painful but the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Likely saved a customer
