Rated 5 out of 5 by from I don’t use anything else! I’ve been using TurboTax for years and I won’t use anything else. It walks you through the tax preparation process whether you’re older and more experienced like me or a young person and just starting to prepare them on your own.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cannot get taxes accepted My state and federal keep getting rejected due to a pin number, I went to the IRS site to get a pin and they give me a 6 digit pin, turbo tax asks for a 5 .. so I enter a 5 digit pin and I still get rejected.. I have tried it 7 times.. I keep getting rejected. I am going to try HRBlock now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from delayed form updates This was the most frustrating year in using TurboTax Business. purchased in December but as I tried to file by mid january, the product updates did not have an updated 1065 form so I could not complete filing, promises came out for availability by 1/17. that did not happen. then the promises of available 1/20/2023... That did NOT happen. and tech support then promised by January 26th the forms would be updated so you could complete filing. Extremely frustrating. you sold a product that was not complete.

I can rest assured with the protection of the audit defense package I always Choose. I can also sign in to gain last years W2 form and forms completed the years before if I may need them. Thanks!!
