Rated 2 out of 5 by from Painful headache Really quite frustrating. Customer service disconnected from me 4 times. Several times the forms pulled bad data from the most egregious was conflating W9 from independent contractor who wasn't even serviced in during the year the error occurred. Honestly this years TurboTax was a huge disappointment. I'll probably go back to H&R Blocks platform as the cost is lower and the headache will probably be less.
